Situated IT-supported Learning and The Course Hub Anni Vähäpassi, NOKIA : “ Make every day be a learning day through assessment, mentoring and coaching relationships” Everyone in the company has access to all information, and NOKIA prefer consider problems as challenges which are being solved.
