On Demand E-learning

The presentation will focus on the possibilities of using e-learning as a method of on demand learning. There will be a presentation of case stories where companies have obtained valuable results by using e-learning. E.g. accelerate time to competence through guided workplace learning experiences. Furthermore the presentation will include what e-learning will look like in the future.

Abstract from session moderator:

IBM has 320 000 employers and in IBM learning system employer is consumer and producer in the same time. ICT is has a important role in learning process, for example employers kept 7000 web meeting in month and visitor at their pages 42 000. Example was JYSKE BANK which new strategy had to get known to the organisations 4000 employers. IBM made for this education project intranet and extranet for tools. They carry through 36 courses; 27 product training models, 5 sales behaviour models and 4 final examines.
