Keynote speech: Education in 2027: virtual, social, autodidact, Eirik Newth, freelance writer and lecturer
The net has given us the greatest creative innovation in recent times, social content production, and we are just starting to see the consequences. Original and remixed content is distributed via wikis, podcasts and social sites such as YouTube, MySpace og Flickr at an ever growing rate. What we are witnessing is more than just a short-term change in the way we use digital media: it is the emergence of a whole new paradigm of education, authority and truth. In his lecture, Eirik Newth will speculate on what this could lead to in a couple of decades.
