(Staffan Ivarsson) Presentationen kommer bl a att innefatta hur Swedbank har kopplat kompetens- och lärandestrategi till affärsstrategin, hur Swedbank arbetar med strukturerad kompetensförsörjning och hur Swedbank har halverat utbildningskostnaden och förbättrad effekten genom att arbeta utifrån begreppet flexibelt lärande.

Abstract from session moderator:

Swedbank vision includes next goals: highest customer satisfaction, best profit, most attractive employer. Swedbank learning model is based on triangle of human capital, market capital and profitability. Education of staff and increase of e-learning was one mean to realise strategy. Aim of the Swedbank project (started 2001) was to develop education at company (lower costs; travel costs were 50% from total education costs and increase effectiveness of learning). Learning methods were at 2006 42% e-learning, 38% instructor led and 20% other type of learning.
At the year 2006 costs of education was 10% lower than 2001 but amount of education has increased double
