Hróbjartur shared with us his experience of how companies have been turning more and more to in-house specialists to train their employees, rather than calling in external experts. By leading us through an inspiring Mind Map he presented his considerations on the possible reasons for tapping into local knowledge. Further how it is possible to enhance workplace learning and methods to tap inside knowledge. He discussed different methods that can be applied in the creation of new knowledge out of collaborative learning processes.Material from the presenter:
