I teach Adult and Continuing Education at the Iceland University of Education. I am interested in how people learn, especially how they go about learning at work.
I take part in the Nordic network on distance education in adult education, we call "Distans". It is this network which organizes the conference on Learning in the workplace and others on this Wiki.
