I teach Adult and Continuing Education at the University of Iceland. I am interested in how people learn, especially how they go about learning at work.
I take part in the Nordic network on distance education in adult education, we call "Distans". It is this network which organized the conference on Learning in the workplace and others you will find on this Wiki.
